Since April 2026, we have been supporting the response in Lebanon by capturing the perspectives of displaced people and host communities, and sharing their priorities and concerns to inform more accountable, inclusive, and locally driven action.

Through the H2H Network, we are supporting the Lebanon Humanitarian Development Forum (LHDF) in gathering timely, community-centred insights on how displaced populations and host communities in Lebanon are navigating and responding to the ongoing crisis.

With our partner InflueAnswers, we will launch a rapid perception research exercise with members of both displaced and host communities, focusing on their priorities, concerns, sense of agency, expectations of duty-bearers and access to information, .

We will work closely with stakeholders involved in the response to ensure that community voices drive response planning and implementation. This collaboration will help to complement existing data on needs and population movements with community views.

The insights gained will guide programming choices and be transformed into policy recommendations that boost the advocacy efforts of the Lebanon Humanitarian Development Forum (LHDF) for a more locally led and effective response.
