We investigate and champion the views of people affected by crisis to strengthen global support systems, influence policy, support local leadership, and shift global narratives.

Ground Truth Solutions is an independent organisation that works to make the voices of crisis-affected communities the centre of the systems designed to support them. Through community-led research and advocacy, we ensure that people’s priorities are not just heard – but acted upon. We turn insight into influence and make listening the foundation of lasting change. We champion community-driven change across crisis settings – collecting, analysing, and amplifying perceptions data to help reshape global support systems.

Since 2012, Ground Truth Solutions has heard from more than 100,000 people experiencing crisis in more than 35 countries.

  • We use context-driven research, dialogue, and advocacy to shift power to ensure the views and priorities of people living through crisis drive global support.

  • We have a broad geographic focus, working  wherever communities are experiencing crisis.

  • Our core work has generally been on strengthening humanitarian and climate responses, but we are guided by communities on themes spanning aid, environment, rights, protection and resilience.
